Google Releases Gallery Go, A Lightweight Photo App For Organizing Photos Offline

Google released Gallery Go, its new lightweight photo app that uses machine learning to help users organize their photos on their device offline.

At the Google for Nigeria event which held in Lagos, Google says that Gallery Go will bring features from the Google Photos app like the ability to automatically organize photos, powerful editing tools, and auto enhance photos to the app.

With a size of 10MB, Gallery Go is aimed at smartphone users that don’t have access to good internet or cloud backup solutions.

The Gallery Go app can be downloaded from the Play Store for devices running Android 8.1 (Oreo) or higher.
